This Privacy Policy explains how MB Monokodas ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this website and the applications we publish.

Who we are

Data we collect

• Contact data: your name, email address and message content when you contact us.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) kept by our hosting provider for security and operation.
• App data: each of our apps may collect additional data needed for it to work. Where it does, the app's own store listing and in-app notices describe that data.

How we use it

We use personal data to reply to enquiries, provide and improve our services and apps, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are our legitimate interests, the performance of a contract, your consent where required, and compliance with law (GDPR Art. 6).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, email and payment providers), under data processing agreements, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
